Anti-Spam Policy
This anti-Spam policy applies to all the websites of Quick Heal Academy (“QHA”) or websites affiliated to QHA. QHA prohibits the use of QHA websites or services provided through those websites in any manner associated with the transmission, distribution or delivery of any unsolicited, bulk or indiscriminate messages, typically sent for a commercial purpose (“Spam”). We strictly follow a zero tolerance Spam policy. The messaging system of QHA shall automatically scan all incoming messages including emails and filter out messages that appear to be Spam. We may report incoming email as Spam on our discretion which may further lead to the blacklisting of the IP addresses and domain name.
In case you believe that a legitimate message sent by you has been filtered out of our system, we advise you to send the same message to the recipient by another means. In order to reduce the risk of the message being caught as a Spam you may ensure the following points:
a) send the message in plain text form; (instead of, or in addition to, HTML);
b) remove any attachment with the message that is not necessary;
c) avoiding the terminology and text styling characteristically used by spammers; and/or
d) ensuring that the messages are reviewed before dispatch.
In the unlikely event that you receive any message from us or sent using our systems that may be
considered to be a spam, please contact us at our official email address/ phone and the matter
shall be investigated. Further, you shall not use any QHA website or services to send Spam. You shall not deliver Spam or cause Spam to be delivered to any of the QHA’s Services or customers. Any email sent by using QHA services shall not:
a) contain invalid or forged headers;
b) contain invalid domains;
c) employ any technique to hide or which causes obfuscation of the source or the transmission path
of the email;
d) use other means of misleading addressing;
e) use a third party’s domain name, or be relayed from or through a third party’s equipment, without permission of the third party;
f) contain false or misleading content.
In addition, QHA does not authorize you for harvesting, mining or collection of e-mail addresses or other information from or through the QHA services. QHA does not permit or authorize others to use, collect, compile or obtain any information about QHA’s students, subscribers, visitors or patrons, including but not limited to their e-mail addresses, which are QHA’s confidential and proprietary information. If QHA believes that unauthorized or improper use is being made of any of its services, it may, without notice, take such action as it, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, including blocking messages from a particular internet domain, mail server or IP address. QHA may immediately terminate any account which it determines, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any e-mail that violates this policy.Unauthorized use of QHA services in connection with the transmission of Spam, including the transmission of e-mail in violation of this policy, may result in penalisation against the sender and those assisting the sender. Also, we shall amend and publish the new version of this policy from time to time.
